For now it will be for personal family use. However, I hope to pursue an Ayurvedic counseling program and share the benefits with others in the future. I hope you have recovered from me ;-) I wanted to give some news from me and especially to tell you that I see the effects of panchakarma and shirodara at work.
The morning of our last treatment, March 23, I had to do a Mammogram and Ultrasound, followed by MRI and Biopsy on March 29.
On April 1 the tumor verdict fell and on Tuesday April 13 I started chemotherapy. The good news: isolated tumor without metastases :-)
Hopefully I'm healed at the end of the year.
Thanks to your treatment, I manage the upheaval in my life with a calm that amazes me myself. I felt the calmness and clarity of thinking surface during the treatment period, but it is now that I really realize what it brings to me and how effective panchakarma and shirodara are.
So I start my treatment with serenity and calm, so well armed and with a good basis of emotional stability and I will do my best to keep that as long as possible.

Since my adolescence I suffered the effects of a particularly unmanageable stage fright, which is handicapping when one is a musician. Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to try your portable Shirodhara 'Cristalmind', I loved it! I have tried both possibilities - oil and water - and my preference is definitely going to the water.
The point of contact of the flow of water on my forehead was clear and I arrived at mental silence very quickly. It was as if the internal tensions and negative thoughts were hampered by the gentle and continuous pressure of the water on my forehead. During the one-hour treatment, I even felt that the water sometimes went beyond my skin and softened my entire body, which was very pleasant!
The experience with the oil was good too, but I did not feel a net point of CONTACT. It seemed diffuse and the temperature seemed to fluctuate slightly. This is probably why it took me much longer to reach mental silence and the perception of session duration was skewed (it seemed longer than in reality). Washing my hair really took me longer.
In summary, oil shirodhara has certainly been a valuable experience, but I definitely prefer water.

It’s me Carol and at last I have good Stress Reliefabout my sleep problem. I had this long-standing major sleep problem and had tried just about every so-called remedy, or cure on the market. Nothing did the slightest bit of good and it was all a waste of money. I had no quality of life as I could only ever sleep from about 4am for a couple of hours and at times would go for 2 nights with no sleep whatsoever. I looked terrible, felt really ill and a lot of the time just didn't want to carry on anymore. I really and truly went to hell and back.
Then in my never-ending search for a cure I read about the Cristalmind. At first I used it just about every night and began to despair when it appeared to have no effect and the insomnia continued. I persevered with it and then to my amazement I began to feel this beautiful, amazing calmness that I have never felt in my life. So far I have witnessed patients going into very deep sleep while taking the shirohara.....one patient reported going on a journey to India, walking through the market places and seeing many wonderful colours. What a pleasant surprise to fall on your website. I am working together with Ganga Ma and answer many of her messages. I am an ayurvedic therapist and my specialty is precisely Shirodhara. Here in Argentinait is not widespread which is a shame, within my means I am advertising its benefits through various means.
At first when I saw the picture of your Cristalmind, I'll be honest, I felt somewhat upset, as I'm very used to giving shirodhara the traditional way and caring for all traditions and rituals.
But ... well, your system is incredibly good and is actually a genial idea! There are many patients who do not want to go out with a head full of oil. The cleaning after the treatment is very laborious, especially for the towels. And actually, here in Buenos Aires, suitable oils cost make the treatment too expensive. I have good ideas to bring to places such as hotels, spa etc ... even for executives in their office! I wonder if you can use milk or buttermilk instead of water, or some kind of herbal tea.
The first few sessions I felt very cosy, as if wrapped in a soft fluffy blanket and completely relaxed. Then, following further sessions, I experienced something wonderful, amasing, a bright yet soft light that came before my eyes (at first I thought it was the sunlight) and opened my eyes to find that there was no outside factor (save that of a grey winter's day) -the light I saw came from within. There are no words to properly express the harmony and peace I felt each time this happened.
A most recommendable exprience for all, and so easy with the Cristalmind Shirodhara equipment.

After having followed three weeks of purification through the Pancha Karma therapy with Dr Martin, I wanted to add the following comments in this blog, wich are simply the effects of this treatment on me:
I easily quit all the things I was hooked on (tobacco, alcohol although not an alcohoolic, and more...)
All the anger I had almost completely vanished (divorce problem). It gave me the impression my whole life was just new!!!
And then three weeks later (this was three days ago), I finally started this meditation habit, wich allowed me to lower again my cigarette consumption (wich started anew because lazy as I am, I did not meditate at all after the Pancha Karma!
I'd like to finish by saying that the Shirodara experience is something so powerful it really takes away the need to smoke or drink, the mind is satisfied during the whole day.

"I tested 2 different techniques: - the Cristalmind apparatus allows a moderate water flow to run on the forehead. You are alone, for the time you choose, with this gentle flow of tepid water running down your forehead. With this system, I am rather quickly "disconnected" and feel a great effect(relief, disappearance of the tensions at the level of the head for example). That occurs in silence and I am alone in my room.
On the other hand, in a thalassotherapy center, I was proposed a "shirodhara" with a technician sweeping all the width of the forehead with a flow of sesame oil, according to a specific technique, after what she makes a massage of the scalp and the face. It is done very carefully and is pleasant, but personally I did not succeed in "disconnecting". During the whole care I remain very "present" and did not feel this feeling of great relief at the end of the treatment. It was indeed pleasant, but I did not have the impression that I had a better result."

I am Carol and, finally, I have good news about my sleep problem. I have had this problem for a long time and I have tried almost all the cures or treatments that exist in the market. Nothing has had any positive effect and everything was a waste of money. I had no quality of life because I could never sleep before 4 in the morning and only for two hours and sometimes I can spend two nights without sleeping at all. I looked horrible, I felt very sick and more than once I thought to put an end to all that. Really, I went back and forth to hell.
