After having followed three weeks of purification through the Pancha Karma therapy with Dr Martin, I wanted to add the following comments in this blog, wich are simply the effects of this treatment on me:
I easily quit all the things I was hooked on (tobacco, alcohol although not an alcohoolic, and more...)
All the anger I had almost completely vanished (divorce problem). It gave me the impression my whole life was just new!!!
And then three weeks later (this was three days ago), I finally started this meditation habit, wich allowed me to lower again my cigarette consumption (wich started anew because lazy as I am, I did not meditate at all after the Pancha Karma!
I'd like to finish by saying that the Shirodara experience is something so powerful it really takes away the need to smoke or drink, the mind is satisfied during the whole day.

Quickly, two words, to tell you that It IS FANTASTIC!!! I started with some regular sessions, and already after 3 days, my sleep came back, that is to say in one go and of good quality. Then......... it is true that I am not good at being regular, BUT that is enough to maintain me, how to say, in a state which allows me to keep a sleep of good quality. When I feel a light change, I increase the dosis (of sessions), and it becomes again perfect. Life changed color... I tested Cristalmind one or two months ago, and the sensation it produced was FANTASTIC, A TOTAL Relaxation! it is a massage of the BRAIN! it relaxes you even to your thoughts! Yes, you read correctly. As a lover of Eastern techniques, I have tried many massage techniques, but since I tested Cristalmind, I can assure you that the benefits are of 100%. "I tested 2 different techniques: - the Cristalmind apparatus allows a moderate water flow to run on the forehead. You are alone, for the time you choose, with this gentle flow of tepid water running down your forehead. With this system, I am rather quickly "disconnected" and feel a great effect(relief, disappearance of the tensions at the level of the head for example). That occurs in silence and I am alone in my room.
- On the other hand, in a thalassotherapy center, I was proposed a "shirodhara" with a technician sweeping all the width of the forehead with a flow of sesame oil, according to a specific technique, after what she makes a massage of the scalp and the face. It is done very carefully and is pleasant, but personally I did not succeed in "disconnecting". During the whole care I remain very "present" and did not feel this feeling of great relief at the end of the treatment. It was indeed pleasant, but I did not have the impression that I had a better result."

"I meditate regularly, which allows me to relax daily. But I use the Cristalmind apparatus 2 to 3 times per month, if I am very tensed or tired. Cristalmind relaxes me deeply (mind, muscles and cells) as a successful and deep meditation would do.
